Applying a wet washcloth (as hot as you can stand it) can help speed it to a head. I won't bore you with the, "well ya know, you really shouldn't pop it" speech, but maybe popping just this one won't be too bad or cause any lingering problems. Just be sure to seabreeze the hell out of it afterwards.

warm washcloth on and off for ten mins. then use sulfur mask or in absence make your own. Burn a match, blow it out, remove sulfur from end of match, mix with water apply to zit. This will dry it out 50%+ overnight.

Retina
anti-biotic Ointment
Preparation H (sounds gross but it reduces swelling and will help the zit disappear)

cortisone shot - your dermatologist can do it.
Or apply cortisone cream on top.
