I like Ronnie Brown in this situation. Both are young, both no longer have to share carries, which put's them equal. I still think that St. Louis is more of a passing offense. Miami is invested in Ronnie, he is only 2 year vet, he has alot of football let- and he is just one of those guys that you are going to hear about for years. Not the Steven Jackson will do bad, but Ronnie is just a better workhorse back. For a keeper league, you will want Brown.

I think that without Ricky Williams the Dolphins are a much better team. With a better quarterback this season in Daunte Culpepper, Ronnie Brown is a good choice. Plus you probably could pick up Stephen Jackson later if you really wanted to.

This is a tough one because neither back really stands out. Jackson is in his first full year as the starter, and with a new offense, who knows how he's going to produce. Brown no longer has Ricky Williams to take the pressure off him, so it's hard to say how he'll react to being the man in Miami. I'd lean towards Brown, but keep your eye on Jackson in the later rounds.

i like stephen jackson better than ronnie brown. yes, neither one will have to share carries anymore, but to me the most important thing will be how each of the two teams perform within their own league. stl is in a terrible division with a fairly easy schedule... translation, they "should" be winning going into the half for many of the weekly games, meaning they will come out running in the second half to chew up the clock. plus, without mike martz around to call every play a passing play, jackson should see a big increase in his workload.

As with the previous replies, without Marshall Faulk Stephen Jackson is the premeir back. I think that this year he will prove all of his doubters wrong and show what he can really do. I would keep Stephen Jackson for those reasons.

dude, you only listed 2 players. keep them both.
jesus, is it so hard to formulate a question that makes sense?
assuming you meant you could keep ONE of the following TWO players, keep Jackson. Now that he's out from under Martz's thumb, he's ready to explode. I have Jackson at #7 and Brown at #10.
