throwing a black trash bag with puppies in it in the woods i felt bad for the puppies then the man drove off and the puppies ran in the woods all alone nowhere to be seen again should i go to the city looking for the puppies in the woods and take them home the city is 2 hours away???

No, instinct alone will not save the puppies. Dogs, cats, lions, and people all learn from being taught by their parents. Some exceptions are fish, turtles, etc. Mammals for the most part are taught to survive.

Likely if the camera crews and locals can't find the puppies, you would not either. Don't go looking for them. You would end up wasting your time and possibly make matters worse. Hopefully someone locally has found "lost" puppies and taken them in.

No. Animals have something called instinct. They know how to get food when they are left alone.
