Can you imagine? 50 years of putting up with someone?

For both their good work, patience and kindness to eachother. What does one get them as a gift?

collect pictures of both of them over the past fifty years...... friends, family and even coworkers may have pictures, and if you tell them what you are using the pictures for I'm sure that they will let you BORROW them. Copy the pictures, this way you can return everyone back the pictures that they let you borrow. Get a large frame and cut the pics up to fit in the frame, you can use hundreds of pics to fill the frame,i think it is called a kludge. Anyway this is a great gift. it is very sentimental and other than the cost of the large frame and to copy the pics it's not that expensive. Good luck

When my parents had their 50th anniversary, I gave them a new set of wedding rings!

Also, I compiled their pictures (old ones to the latest) and made a slide show out of it with their favorite love song and burned it in a DVD!
