I love my dogs and my cats, but sometimes they can be pretty needy. Some days, I just want to go home and watch TV, not scoop the litter box, walk the dogs, feed and water everyone, etc. They are worth it, though.

I hate dogs because they bark loud and often, some breeds shed fur on clothes and everywhere. i have to go outside in order to give exercise ( it's winter ). the cost of grooming and the medications for heart worms. They don't have their own toilet to release poo on the ground and pick it up.

Cats are great! except the fleas. Dogs I do not like they slobber they stink they poo in your lawn they bark and whine ugh animals in general i like most except Dogs and snakes.

Hard to hate anything about animals, but shedding I guess - for house pets.

I find it funny that most of the stuff people have said they don't like is also applicable to the human animal.

Cleaning up after them, and for rodents, they're short lifespan.
Both are worth it in the end though, as long as you have a good relationship with your pet.

My cat gorging himself at the food dish then puking it on the floor. Not endearing.

i LOVE dogs but hate cats because they shed but more importantly, have such a little snobbish attitude.
