i had an important bussiness message from a while back and it got erased. i need to know if there is any way to recover them.

No. If you had to reactivate your account your messages were deleted and they are not retrievable.
In future, if you have important messages, you should save them to your PC or keep your account active. Perhaps you should go for Google Mail or one of the other free emails which don't delete your account after a while.

If the account was previously cancelled/deactivated and you were able to reactivate it, u can't retrieve old messages. u can confirm this information by calling 408-349-1572 opt 2 followed by option 2.

I'm pretty certain any messages have been automatically deleted if you have not checked your mail for a long time and had to reactivate it.
