I suppose some people do. It does help to get the mood going for some people. Especially when you are not with someone that particularly turns you on. However try to find some ways to spice up the sex because sometimes the sex gets boring if you do it the same old way and that is what makes people go into fantasy mode.

I fantasize all the time during sex. I don't think that there's anything wrong with it at all. If it helps you to get excited then what's the harm in that?

Only once. My wife and I were having very, very, very frequent sex to try to conceive our fourth child. There was one time, that I just couldn't reach orgasm, so I fantasized about an old girlfriend. Other than that one time, I have always focused on her when making love.

i don't think it's wrong to fantasize during sex. Sometimes you have to. It may be easier to fantasize than it is to tell your partner what you really want.

I believe most people reach a point in a relationship where fantasizing is appropriate. They may not admit it, but I do. As for yours, it fits in with mine. Good luck
