is there a correlation between masturbation and acne on the face?????????

i know a lotta people say no but i have noticed a fresh new acne on my face only after i masturbate.i dont get it if i dont masturbate for a week or two.a lotta my friends seeing the acne on my face ask me if i masturbate too much.so i guess its a well known fact that masturbation causes acne and there is definitely a correlation between the two although there is no concrete scientific proof,yet,to back it up.please klemme know what yall think.

for God's sakes,no.i am not being paranoid.i am jus a little concerned about my acne cos it leaves terrible scars on the face that can only be corrected by a plastic surgery.

do women also get acne on the face when they masturbate? if it is excess testosterone that causes acne how come women get it? does anybody have a logical explanation for that???????????????????

i am 29 right now.i have been masturbating since i was 14 which is what i think caused the acne which in turn left a lotta scars on my face.when people stare @ my face in public it really makes me conscious and i get more concerned about it.my mom says that i used to have a smooth skin before i started getting acne.how can i ever tell her that i got it cos of masturbating?????

although i have been having a strong suspicion that i got the acne cos of masturbation and i tried a lot to stop it i jus cud not.the maximum period of abstinence for me was something like 3 or 4 months.i guess once u get into the habit its very hard to get out of it.sort of like alcoholism & smoking.

i strongly deny the fact that masturbation will turn one a gay.i have been masturbating ever since i was 14 & jus the mere thought of a nude woman or even a fully clothed woman jus turrns me on so much that i invariably end up masturbating to the point of reaching an orgasm which is how i got all the acne i have on my face right now.LOL.

alright if u guys say acne is cos of excess testosterone activity then how come i have a mild left sided gynecomastia (mild enlargement of the left breast)?????? my right breast is perfectly flat.gynecomastia is cused cos of low levels of testosterone or excess estrogen in males.i looked it up on the internet.i think there is definitely a correlation between masturbation and acne and gynecomastia.lemme know what yall think about it please.i wud really appreciate it.but guys please dont be rude or mean & hurt my feelings.try to understand my concern please.thanx in advance.

Hey dude, the same thing happens to me sometimes, when i masturbate i get like new zits in an hour, but when i stop masturbating for like two weeks , i noticed my skin gets clearer. So maybe there's no scientific proof but if this happens to most guys than u know the answer.

U get pimples if theres no corelation between hormones n pimples women would not get pimples before menstruation.ur hormones rise n more geat is built later so more pimples

The acne on your face is normal but what's not normal is your hormone level. Masturbating is normal it just increases your testosterone level. And no I don't breakout when I masturbate.

No. The doctors I've asked have said that regular sex (or masturbation) can help in reducing acne, due to the stress it relieves (stress causes blemishes).

Actually masturbating relieves stress, so you might get less pimples (Acne). You will not get more acne if you masturbate more at all.

there definatly is hormones acne as u get puberty and horny . i know from experience that the most sensitive part o f a guys body when he is masturbatn is his ears listenin so as not to get caught
