My mom recently quit her job because her sup was constantly annoying her and making her mad. My mom filed for uemployment, but she is worried they will call her former sup and she'll say different. What can my mom do to make sure she gets uemployment?

Based upon what you have said, I don't think your mom is eligible to collect unemployment.

In order to collect unemployment if you have quit a job, you must have what is called "good cause". For instance, if your employer ordered you to work without proper safety equipment or if you are being sexually harassed ... this would constitute "good cause".

Your mom thinking she has "good cause" does not mean she does. She must meet the legal standard in her area for "good cause".

She should apply for benefits and let the board of labor determine if the situation was extreme enough (and the fault must be attributed to the employer, not her) to warrant her quitting.

I'm not really sure what the laws on unemployment are, but I was always thought you had to be fired to get unemployment, and not be able to get a job for a certain amount of time, you might want to go to city hall and check out the local laws.

The unemployment laws state that you can not qualify for unemployment monies if you quit a job. You left a position when there is viable work.

You only qualify if you are laid off or terminated (if proven & determined no fault of your own)

She should be worried. You can't collect unemployment when you quit.
