I would like to do something new and fun for her. We are done with the pool and beach parties. Does anyone have a few ideas?

Thank you in advance for your time.

I know that some beauty salons have parties that will style the girls hair, do the nails, maybe a facial.

bowling parties
dancing parties. Sometimes you can hire a dancer to come in and teach a few steps.
try an old fashioned girls party....games like how many shaving cream balloons you can pop by sitting on them in a time limit. Can you guess what the food is either by feeling it or tasting it without looking at it. A fun game of name that song. The 3-legged race, libmo and musical chairs. Or get a board game and use that as a game. It will be silly yet fun. Even as adults we sometimes like those games. Serve up punch and cake and ice cream. Give out a few prizes.

For my 14th birthday me and my friends went to the movies and had a sleepover.

Most of the 14 yr old girls in my class also had a sleepover, but if your thinking a theme you might want to try Hollywood.

A lot of kids, at my school especially, enjoy the movie High School Musical, and had parties just for the premier. They had red carpets, trophies that were given out, and even made their own movies during the sleepover. If you did a Hollywood theme they could either go to the movies...or even just rent a movie to watch!

All the answers before mine are good, except for the one.....but have you asked your daughter what kind of party she would like? My best birthday party was an old fashioned cook out with family and friends over. We played softball, horse-shoes, badminton, ring darts, and volleyball. Had a huge cook-out. Dad grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, and BBQ chicken. Several brought covered dishes, and Mom took care of the rest. Later we had a bonfire and roasted marshmallows. We just made a whole day of fun out of my turning 16...but I'm sure this party would work for any age.

I always thought a costume party would be fun. You could have a certain theme like pirate or something too! *Sigh* The birthday party I've never had. . .Well, I hope she has a fun party! Wish her Happy Birthday for me!

Well, you're not alone on this one. I'm trying to plan my 13th birthday party. Here's some guidelines
> KEEP IT SIMPLE~ you don't need to plan an elaborate birthday party with tons of stuff. All you need is friends cake and a place to party. Simple places can be bowling parties, rollor rinks, laser tag, a bbq, the mall, your house.

> INVITE WHO YOU NEED TO~ don't invite people that aren't really your friends, or don't like other people you invited. that causes chaos. trust me a fight broke out.

> iff you need anything else email me at that_man_wears_cashmere@hotmail.com

My little sister is 13 and she said she wanted a bowling alley party. Actually I think I had a party at a bowling alley for my 14th birthday... it was cosmic bowling and they had really loud music and awesome lights. It's pretty cheap too.

I haven't had my 14th birthday yet, but I think youshould invite your girlfriends over. Rent a sad romance to watch, I recommend The Notebook, and get takeout.
Have Fun!
