Please don't listen to anyone that says you should lose weight. You are certainly not fat, you are at a healthy weight for your height and your age. You do not need to weigh less than 110lb to be healthy, I weighed the same at your age and I'm also 5ft2 and I certainly was not fat. I'd just suggest eating healthily and taking plenty of regular exercise so you can keep in shape, this in itself will probably lose a few pounds of fat and add muscle. Take care and don't worry what anyone says, because you are fine : )

You dont really have to lose any weight. Youre pretty good, but for being 5'2" youre probably carrying a little more than you should. You need to be around 105-110 pounds. I am 17 and I am 5'2" also, but I weigh 90 pounds. At 13, I was 80 pounds, but I was about 4'10" then.

No way! First of all, that isn't fat for your height. But, also, you're only 13!!! 13 yr olds do not need to diet unless they're grossly obese. Or if your doctor tells you that you're overweight. You, my friend, are not. If anyone besides a trusted doctor has told you you are, they are wrong! If you want to feel better about yourself, maybe try cutting out the junk food. If you want a snack, try to have fruit instead. It has made me feel a lot better. And, of course, limit the Mc Donalds, etc. But, you're fine. Best Wishes!

at 13 i was 5'2 and I weighed 143lbs, i did not think i was fat...there is no reason to think that way at that age...today at 21yrs, i am still 5'2 (really 5'1 and a quarter) and I weight 130lbs... I do not think I am fat. dont worry, the little fat you have will go away as you get older

no. u r average. im 5 foot 2 and 100 pounds. but thats cuz i have no muscle and stuff. my friend is 5 foot 2 and 145 and i dont think shes fat. love your body. = ] Savvy

Don't focus so much on loosing the weight, try to add muscle. Since muscle is more dense than fat, you will look thinner.
