I'm a skeptic, so it looks like a scam, but has anyone really got rich off of it?

I ordered the carlton sheets thing... It does have some helpful information in it, and I do own 3 apartment buildings now.

I would say however, that it was not worth the money. It cost close to $350, which it never says in the commercial. Spending the money however, pushed me to get into the business.

If you really have the desire to work with real estate, you can learn everything you need to know as you go by talking to people: mortgage brokers, realtors, other property owners.

There is good points and training in most of those type of programs but you have to know what you can and can't use, unless you have the cash flow to carry yourself if things go bad!

If you go to ripoffreport.com you will see all the complaints against those infomercials. He makes his money on the infomercial not real estate.
