After only three months, it may be an annulment which is really easy and quick.. depends on what state you're in

It really does depend on the state you live in. My sister wanted to get divorced after six weeks of marriage, and was told that she couldn't get an annulment because there has to be extenuating circumstances to get one. The amount of time a person is married has nothing to do with it. However, it does seem like your divorce is not complicated. You can even do it online. Here is a link to a website that offers the service. http://www.completecase.com/index.html?referrer=overture

It should be really simple. Matter of fact you should be able to get an annulment. That would be like it never happened. Good luck.
