he better have it in the bag. that guy rocks!!! he is the only reason that i watch that show.

probably, although he isn't very funny at all...I think people are voting for him because of the cerebal palsy....it may sound awful, but he is seriously not very funny, so I can't find any other way to explain it...his jokes are all variations on the same thing
