What does this dialog box mean: WALN_CFG. Access Violation at address 00000000. Read address 00000000?

Every time I start windows XP MCE, a dialog box repeatedly pops up over and over stating this message, and it never quits! How do I get it to stop?

you will have to figure out what this driver belongs to. Then see if there are updated drivers available or reinstall the old ones.
