I have a negative habit I'm gonna go to counseling for. I'm wondering what will take my bad habit's place once it's gone.

Once your habit is gone you will realize that life is a great replacement. I had a bad cocaine habit and once i got away from it, I realized that I was missing out on life in general. Also, why waste your money on counseling? If you really want to stop bad enough, you are the only one that can stop it. a counselor can't stop it. If you care to speak with me about it, I won't charge you a dime.

When I was in high school I was using Marijuana heavily and used cocaine on occasion. I didn't replace my addiction with another addiction. It isn't healthy. Try not to think of finding something to replace your addiction. If you think you must find something than I would recommend running or weight lifting or walking or yoga or pilates. Something healthy!

I am also always negative. I say and do negative things all the time. I think that no one likes me, that no one wants to be friends with me, I even think that my 2 year old hates me. If you find some information, please share it with me.
