ok forget ur friends. if u feel ok like that than ur good. but if u feel unhealthy and ur not comfortable with urself than make sumthin to change it. eat healthy food and do sum exersice till u get wher eu want to get. dont take it too serious or to the extreme. makin the wrong diet can do u harm so watch out ok ? ;)

No, not at all, you are at an ideal weight for your age and height. I wonder if your friends have not started to develop yet, but you have, and this is why you feel 'fat' compared to them. You have to try not to compare yourself to other people, because this always leads to disappointments.
Think of this way, do you consider a 6ft boy to be tall? I would think so, but what if all his friends were over 6ft 4.....then he might start to feel short compared to them. But this doesn't mean he actually is short, it just means his friends are tall. It's the same with you, you're not fat in the slightest, it's just your friends are all very skinny and you are at a normal, healthy weight.
I'm 5ft2 and 120lb and have been since I was about 12. I'm 25 now and I never considered this to be fat. Please don't worry, you are absolutely fine : )

I will say this to everyone who asks this question. Are you happy with yourself? If you are why are you asking the question. Are you built the same way as your friends? Are you genetically dispositioned to be as skinny as them? Why do you want to look like your friends? Can't everyone just be an individual and just like themselves for who they are?
At 13 I stood at 5'9 and weighed a 150 pnds and I was told I was fat, I then went on a crash diet that landed me passed out on the floor in school one day. I am now a borderline diabetic and have to watch what I eat every day. Do you want to be that way?
Be happy with who you are, stop trying to be someone else. The only person that can change the way you look is you. If you don't like what you see.... get off the computer and go work out at a gym.
You can take what I say for whatever it is worth

Your not. Dont compare yourself to your friends, because you might have a different body type. 118 pounds for a 13 year old is not fat.

As you said, compared to your really skinny friends....in reality and normality you are not fat and are a healthy weight. Your skinny friends have probably not developed yet to any significant degree, so they will have their turn to bloom soon enough. Besides that, everyone's body structure is different- some women have very slender frames with hardly and chest, some of us have significant cleavage and a very womanly derriere, etc.

No you are not even close to fat, you may have extra baby fat that will disapear as you grow and don't let anyone tell you are ever. Your BMI is 20.9 which is the low end of the normal weight for your height so you could agin more and still not be over weight.

no u are not every 5 feet u have 100 lbs. and add 5lbs. to every foot so u should be 115 if ur 5'3 but dont worry about it ur in the range and u sound heathly. Dont even worry about it.

depends on if your developed in the chest area yet.. my girlfriend is 5'2 and 115 lbs.. she could stand to drop 10 lbs.. tops, she a high B cup and athletic.. hope that helps
