this boy that has liked me all year long wont leave me alone; and every time i breakup with someone he always ask me out, i use to not like him at all but now i like him as a friend but i kinda think he is kinda cute but i dont want to go out with him cause i would forsurely be picked on; i mean i like him but not a lot and i dont for certin reasons.

follow your heart, if you really like this boy don't deny yourself of being in a relationship because of what people think. That would be shallow.You would be denying yourself of being with someone you like just because of other people's opinions. Your life is yours and your decisions should be based on what's good for you, and not other people's expectations. If you don't think that there's a possibility for you two to be together, just tell him that you appreciate him as a friend. Tell him that you don't see him the same way he sees you and that although you still want to be friends you want things to happen on their own and for him to stop pressuring you. Just be honest, you can't really go wrong with honesty.

It sounds like this guy is a pretty nice guy, but not so attractive and you are afraid that your peers will pick on you if you date him because he looks a certain way or maybe he is different in some way.
