Forget Dayton... for parties, the biggest one is Ohio University. It has the huge halloween block party, and also Palmerfest (another big block party). There are about 24 bars on a 3 block radius

You won't find a bigger party school in Ohio than Ohio University, especially on Halloween.

Ohio University is definately the State's top party school. It is consistently listed as a top party school in the country.
Next would be Ohio State.

Oh I can beat that... try Salem State College in Salem MA on Halloween. The whole town is filled with drunk adults in crazy costumes.
