his public defender is saying that he most likely get 9-16 months and he has already served 6 and has yet to be arraigned. he has no prior record and the robbery was unarmed. he supposedly got away with 7 grand. i was just wondering how realistic is it for him to get 9-16 months considering this crime? it seems like too much of a lenient sentence for a crime like this. please answer if u have knowledge of the law and please serious answers only!

He should have gotten longer two of my best friends commited the same crime and got away with less then $100 well one got 10 straight years and the other got 35 years needless to say the 17 yo got 35 years and the 18 yo got 10 first crime. He should be happy with what he got.. stop finding him a way out someone could have gotten hurt then what. Months is nothing compared to years get over yourself!

I really dont know what the Laws are in PA, but since he was not armed he might do 1 year to 2 years.

He might get lucky if he is granted parole then he will probaly do 6 more months.

this is probably a correct sentance if the didnt have a gun i know it seems light but he wasnt going to harm anyone except for stealing and if he only got away with that amount its less money than it could be so they might have that for a consideration
