It could be this:

Order of the Scorpion of al-Barran:
given for outstanding service to the barony. Companions of the order may place the initials C.S.A. after their names. The insignia is a medallion pendant from a black ribbon bearing the badge of the order: (Fieldless) A scorpion bendwise within an annulet Or.

But it's probably the one that has to do with the Casting Society of America as mentioned above. I knew I'd seen it before, and that's where I saw it, in the credits of a movie.
