It seems alot of folks don't get it at all when it comes to this...
I personally know several women that include straight as well as lesbian women who enjoy the hell out of some good gay porn from time to time... I see alot of people suggesting that your gf thinks your gay and wants to find out for sure...
In my opinion, I think that some of those people may be working harder on insulting you than actually helping you understand your gf's actions, (I will never understand why "homophobic" people insist on getting involved in the LGBT sections of everything, not just Yahoo Answers).
However, there may be something to that, but it may or may not have anything to do with you. If you do find out that your gf is trying to see if you're gay or not, don't get mad at her...she may not think YOU'RE gay, but you have to consider that she may have been fooled before...
If your gf has been broken up with by a previous bf because he found out he was gay, she may just be trying to find out early on whether or not you're going to do the same thing to her.
