Anyone from recent, ancient, to biblical history? I do know my first person would probably be JC (the whole walking on water thing was cool), but after that the list gets interesting. Gandhi, MLK, GW, Gangas Kahn, Napleon, the list goes on and on...

This is a terrific question. And we get only one choice!!!! It would have to be Abraham Lincoln. I just finished reading A Team of Rivals and I am so impressed with this man who came from such humble beginnings and difficult family circumstances and yet he educated himself better than most folks who had been to university. Then he learned to read and lead people so well that he held this nation together at time when it easily could have foundered. He changed his beliefs and then stood up for them when many were against him. He loved a difficult woman and survived the loss of so many loved ones. Instead of making him hard hearted, he became more compassionate and generous to others. Had he lived, the reconstruction would have been so much easier on the South. He didn't hold grudges and seek to punish people unnecessarily. The fact he chose his cabinet from men who had been in conflict with him because they were best for the nation at that time speaks volumes. He truly was a wise man who does belong to the ages as Mr. Stanton said at his death. I would want to know how he gained his wisdom and his humility. How I wish we had a leader like him today.

This is a great question! I think I would want to talk to JFK, because I did a report on the Cuban Missile Crisis, and it would be amazing to discuss it with him, and hear his actual views. I also would like to talk to Khrushchev for the same reason. I'd love to talk to Truman, FDR (even if he was Anti-Semitic) Louis Brandeis, Gandhi, MLK, Yitzhak Rabin, Anne Frank, etc. I assume JC is Jesus, right? Don't abbreviate a biblical name! He's Jesus, not JC!

I would want to talk to the the common person from different time periods. Most of what history talks about is the upper classes and the conflicts and wars that took place. I would rather know about the everyday life of the lower class through history. I would want to know about what their daily life was like, and what they looked forward to each year and what worries they had.

I'd talk to Adam, and remind him to keep an eye on that wench Eve. But since this is history, I'll say the Native Indian leader Tecumseth.

I think it would have to be just a person that lived through the Revolution War. Maybe not even a famous person, but someone who endured the hardships of regular everyday life (probably a woman) who had to do without their mate. Someone who had to basically fend for themselves, and see how they coped with everyday life.

Imhotep. I liked to see what he looked like and ask him how he built the first step pyramid. Then I'd like to talk to King Khafre and ask him what he thought of the fact that not many people think of him when looking at the Sphinx. He built it to be remembered and yet not many today know his name. It's like looking at the Lincoln monument and calling it The Man in the Chair.

Elvis Presley - I don't want any huge answers, chances are even if you spoke to some of those famous people from history they wouldn't have any big secrets to tell you anyways.
