i cant have a simple conversation on the phone i mean i can talk to random people in person but if some one call i dont talk ...i dont know what to do!!.....this probably sounds weird!

I would think that you don't have any interest in the person who called you. If you had, you would be asking them all sorts of questions. What to they like, dislike etc.
If you talk fine, face to face then you need to relax on the phone.
But think it over, do you have that trouble, when talking to a friend?
Or someone, who is just an acquaintance?

maybe ur not talking to the right person. depending on who i talk to you i can either have A LOT to say or NOT ENOUGH to say... just depends
