It's old probably around 1930's, 40's or 50's, maybe British, it's about a man, he is called up for the war effort and he goes to the top man to say that this may go against his religeon, he gets some time to think about it, where he goes to the top of a mountain to think. He decides to join up.

I remember a scene where he shoots three guys who are standing in a row just like the ducks he used to shoot.

A man is also killed by a grenade whilst marching or something like that.

Please help name this film?

It is definitely not British. It an American film "Sergeant York" starring Gary Cooper. One of the best war films ever made and Gary Cooper won an Oscar.
