I am happily married and we are "trying" to concieve, It's not that we need a baby right now whatever happens happens, I am very irregular on my periods, like four a year If I am lucky...We are just playing it slow and seeing what we can do before we go in to the doctor and pay tons of money, although we may have to some day.

No vitamin alone will guarantee geting you pregnant, but do be sure you are getting enough folate (folic acid) before trying to conceive. This very cheap vitamin can help prevent serious birth defects.

A regular medical check up is also worth a try, to check your hormone levels. This won't come close to a full fertility work up, but many small problems can be corrected to improve your chances.

No it does not help conceive, only time will do that. It is a good idea to take the vitamins now that you are trying, because when you finally do get pregnant the extra boost that the vitamins give to your system will aid the baby in growth and development. Even before conception, the healthier you are the better chance your baby has to be healthy. Good Luck!!!!
