It means that there are no hits, no walks, no errors, and nothing else that allows any runner from the other team to reach first base

when the batter doesnt reach first base by walking getting hit u cant do any of that u cant allow a hit or an errow nobody in history has struck out 27 batters if they did it would still be on the news from 10 years ago that would be an ultra perfect game

It means the pitcher doesnt allow a hit, run, walk or error! That is a perfect game! The most recent was the Diamondbacks vs. Braves and Randy Johnson threw a perfect game in the playoffs; I believe it was in 2001.

No, pitching a perfect game means the picture didn't allow any hits or walks. It's almost a near impossible feat to do in the Bigs but few have been able to accomplish the high feat.
