You erased you history, cookies and temporary internet files and while doing this was not in IM? And it still didn't work?

You said you deleted "Cookies History"... do you mean cookies AND history? If not, then delete history!

Well try it again. Hit delete cookies and delete files. See if that works. If not just go to your history page and right click where it says today then delete. That should cover you.

Click on "Tools" < "Internet Options"

Under the General Tab: Click on "Clear History" located at the bottom of the pop-up. Click Okay when you're done.

On your computer, click (or double click) on, in this order: "start", "settings", "control panel", "internet options". When you get to this point, click on "clear history" and the drop down addresses should go away.
