I would go for a job that doesn't require customer communication. When you go for the interview and they ask you to tell them a little about yourself, you should explain that English is your second language and while you understand and write it well, you are just learning to use is conversationaly in a business setting. If you don't understand a question, don't try to fake your way through the response. Take a minute and ask; "could you re-phrase that question". Or, "i am not sure I understood your question, and I want to make sure I give you a relevant answer, could you telling me what you are going for?" It is ok to pause and think.

Try not to show your nervousness, appearing confident is important.

Try having one of your friends "interview" you and ask you questions that an interviewer might ask a potential employee. That way it will be like a test for you. Best of luck on your interview.
