I have this cousin who lives in Texas now, and her stepbrother i met likes me, and i kinda like him 2. We was even kinda cuddling, talking, and really close enough 2 kiss @ their going back 2 Texas cook-out. Would it okay if went out wit him. He is sorta cute, and does like a white Chris Brown.

Seem to me that you are already into it. If there is no blood relations the decision is up to you...and him. Be careful though...be prepared for any negativity from those close to you and her.

I don't see any reason why not. However if he were your stepbrother, you'd be just as blood related. Would you do it then? If not, you may wanna reconsider.
