He is being a SORE LOSER!! And by doing this he has just proven that the democrats MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE in getting rid of him!!
Lieb. running as an independent is going to divide the democratic electorate and cause a republican to win the election.
At least we now see that the rumors that he was a really a republican ARE TRUE.... a sheep in wolf's clothing.

yeah, he totally should, and I bet that he'll win. Republicans have no strong candidates, and there are more Independants in that state than either dems or republicans, so he can more than likely still win, possibly even by a majority.
Obviously he's a major republican, even though he disagrees with them in just about all cases except for the war. And anyone who says they are against the war with no idea of how to get out of it is just a fool. Everyone is against the war, but some people feel that there is a point to it. I'm kinda on the fence about it, but I'm not going to blindly say that the whole thing is wrong.

Absolutely he should run as an independent. The Senate needs people that don't put politics first and voters deserve more choices not less.
Polls show Lieberman will win as an independent.

He's a selfish egotist.
He lost the primary. So now he's going to deny the Democrats his seat by splitting the vote, thereby handing it to the Republican.
Of course, electing Lieberman iwould be nearly equivalent to electing a Republican anyway, so in the end he gets what he wants.

The solutions above me, I to discover type of stressful as all of them look to overlook unique glaring aspects. the finest time the tories were in, their replaced into no devolved parliament in Scotland and the SNP had no way close the help it has right now. to say that it gained't reason a substantial situation sometime, seeing that it hasn't previous to now, shows a total lack of understanding of the commerce in Scotland's political panorama which has transpired in the course of the finest 15 years. A Tory westminster parliament, will expand the prospect of the Scottish human beings in search of independence, because the tory social gathering does no longer reflect the desires and beliefs of Scotland as a rustic and with the help of no ability has. what is going to happen is that the disparity between Scotland and the relax of the united kingdom will change right into a lot more effective evidenced, because it replaced into once in the course of the finest tory authorities. nonetheless on the turn aspect of this, I nonetheless evaluate that Scotland will not in any respect acquire it truly is independence. that is for an total host of factors, besides the undeniable fact that the optimal one being that both Scotland and England are amazingly outfitted-in and that i for my section sense that at the same time as the relax of Europe is searching for team spirit with one a distinct, Scotland searching for to break except for the united kingdom is a backwards step and that i evaluate many men and women folk in Scotland imagine an similar ability. I in my opinion am worried with more effective devolved powers to Scotland and a more effective acceptable deal for the Scots, nonetheless i do no longer assume extremely breaking away is the standard ability ahead for Scotland.

Hell no!!! He should respect the electoral system that was setup by his party for party nominations. No one that supports his run as an independant should call themselves a Democrat.
His motivation is pure ego and hubris just like the rest of the Republicans.

It will be interesting to see what happens. Alot of people are waiting to see if "the people" will vote for a independant. It might start something, like others running on their own merits instead of a party platform.

all he really cares about is being a proffesional politician. remember he was running for President against Gore and was losing, so he joined him as VP. then when they lost, he said he'd run again for President...now he can't take a hint that his constituents (and HE'S THE INCUMBANT ) don't want him around...

Why not give him one more loss on his way out. He should be a better man and accept defeat.
