Hi!

I lay in bed and let my bad mood slowly fade in the stillness of day.
Or i try to medatite and take deep breathes and think of things like the memories that i had when i wasnt sad, it makes you feel that life will go on.
Peace.

Throw on some good tunes and dance away- cleaning helps too. I always feel better in a cleaner environment.

lately, to get out of a funk, i like to call my two year old nephew and talk to him on the phone. he is so happy, and even though i can not understand the things he says, it is the best conversation i will have for the day--sometimes for the week.
