well it depends on if he is not asnwering YOUR calls, if he is not allowed to answer calls, or if he is out of prepaid minutes...So the answers are Yes, Yes, and No...

Yeah he can recieve da text but can't answer them so itz still pointless to send him text if he can't answer them back
