The name of the prison Is
Centro Penitenciario de Alcalá - Meco
I found two telephone numbers
the first one is:

34 91 880 77 11
(Alcalá Meco Modulo 1)

and

34 91 888 71 61
(Alcalá Meco Modulo 2)

Unfortunately it does not specify which is the womens section of the prison (I would presume it would probably be the Modulo 2, but I cannot confirm this.)
I hope you speak spanish, I don't know if there is an english speaking staff at the prison.
If worst comes to worst, get in touch with the Embassy in Madrid, they will tell you how (and may even assist you) to contact the person you want to reach in Alcalá Meco.
