use plastic thin rain coat over your clothes AND hair glasses for eye protection!!!! put clear plastic covers on your project...make sure the cover is not going to fly away..tape it ...etc etc....bring your own hose and fan to blow the dust back to his section! sit in front of fan so you wont get dusty!
next time SCREAM OUCH !! OUCH THE FREAKING DUST IS INSIDE MY EYES I WILL SUE YOU FOR EYE DAMAGE!!! THEN PRETEND YOU CAN"T OPEN YOUR EYES!!!

I had the same problem and more with a few guys I worked with. There is nothing you can do. For one he is not supose to use an air hose in a closed shop, only brooms, so call OSHA. It can cause health problems also.

Tell your boss when no one is around and don't make a huge deal but say why the guys is bothering you. It is your boss' responsiblity to do somethign about it, not yours.
Although, it wouldn't hurt if you asked him to stop the things he does that annoys you in a nice way. If you're bit**** to him, things will probably just get worse.

i say next time he does that just ask him nicely not to do it again.then if does do it nicely cut the hose. you should not get in trouble.if you think about it what ever hes blowing (dust) that's harmful to your lungs. you have the right to protect yourself and boss can get in trouble for in-dangering your health.

simply nothing, he is acting very childish, so ignore him, when he sees he cannot bother you so he will stop it,
just remember, just ignore him for the next several times when he do it, just act as it doesnot bother you at all, when your stuff gets dirty, clean them
