You can try putting a small ad in your local large Sunday paper, in the Real Estate section, with a link to a web page or list your home at a site like ForSaleByOwner.com with photos, and place that link in the ad. If you go into the Yahoo search Bar , you can choose directory (Web, Images, Video, Audio, Directory...) and put in 'For Sale By Owner'. The directory has a list of popular highly viewed sites.
