What if it'sopposite? Should I try to time it with the moon?
(I'm on hormone therapy to start my cycles, so I have the ability to time it)

Depends on your personality...
New moon if you are a "dark, brooding" type. The dark of the moon is the time for banishment and secrets.
Full moon if you are an "earth mother" type. The full moon is the time for bringing things to fruition, protection, and openness.
The Waxing of the moon (between the dark and full) is a time for building things up and gaining stuff (wealth, power, luck, fertility), and the Waning (between the full and dark) is a time for reducing things down.
Goddess Bless you on your journey into womanhood!

As far as I know, I have learned that all women are different therefore there is not "correct" time when you are supposed to have your period.
