So far as I know all websites require some amount of download to display graphics etc. However, if what you mean is games that don't require you to download the whole game, I suppose there are many options. What would be better is a free game with no advertising and no download.

At my website I have a variety of games in various stages of completeness, very few of which require major (i.e. with a message box) downloads.

Runscape is a great game,however it is one that takes time and patience.it is a game that never ends.along with playing a game you have the chance to meet people from all over the world.there are both free and pay to play options.it is however addictive!!!
