Well it's all about what you and your partners expectations are in your marriage. If you have talked about having sex with other people out side the your marriage or you want to bring someone in your married bed then there shouldn't be a problem as long as you both agree to it. If you are going behind you partners back and having sex or something like it with another or a friend then it's called cheating. It is not fair nor respectful to not inform your mate about whats going on. First, they are sleeping with who ever you are and second you are with holding info that keeps your mate from making his/her own decision on the matter- basically being selfish and that is not being loving at all.
Be kind and respectful to the people that love you and you will receive the same in return

Friends with benefits is a term from high school, and obviously you shouldn't be married if you are still thinking like you would in high school. Cheating is cheating no way around it. It is wrong no matter what.
