What is a good keyless entry remote system for a saturn ion 3...the used vehicle does not have it installed?

I am looking at purchasing a used 2003 saturn ion level 3 and it does not have the keyless remote for some reason. I really would like to install a decent system without spending an obscene amount of money. How does the alarm system work without the remote buttons?? Please help!

all the alarm gadgets that we tested are all the same quality.sometime it respond ,sometime it does not.if you don"t have a alarm button to activate,you would use the ignition key to activate.we tested high price alarm system and it perform like a lowest price alarm system(unreliable).now,some new alarm system let you activate what your car would do if you activate or deactivate the system such as turn on light for a few seconds when you deactivate at night.
