Is there any way to make my City of Heroes game go faster?

I like the game but it would be better if I didn't have so much dang lagg!! It also likes to freeze up on me when I play. An pointers? It only goes slow when I play that game.

Upgrade your RAM to 2 gigs or see if you have any trojans horses which are viruses.
