I prefer to be the holder of the paddle. Or better yet the bare hand. A surgical glove makes a real nice sound without too much sting. Anything goes as long as both parties are agreeable and enjoy it :)

Um, while I do like the occasional *ss slap, I like to be the dominant one, though we just use our bare hands and not weapons.
I also like arm casts because then you can squeeze as hard as you want without breaking a bone.
