are there any drills or techniques to improve how fast you can run, any machines, etc.

I know about dragchutes and stronger muscles and stuff but any routines

Power cleans/Hang cleans.
Deadlifts

Plyometric drills

Walk for 2 mins then run for 30 the first day. Then walk 1and ahalf min and run 45 min. Then walk 1 and run 60. Dont walk less then 1 min ever. Youll pull your legs out of place and have to miss a day of running. Keep it up every day just keep adding more run time and dont stop.
