The Matrix on xbox, where is the stupid flashlight? We can't go any further!?

It's the Matrix game with Jada Pinkett Smith, and from the Matrix reloaded I think. The stupid flashlight is supposed to be under a bridge, and it's down in a dark sewer, and we've been down there "focusing" for hours and we still can't find it, and cant go on! any ways, we're stuck! lol! Please help if you know.
