Dont know if its like this elsewhere, but St Louis is trying to do a city revitalization, in an effort to get people to move back to the city. They are tearing down blighted neighborhoods and building new homes with modern construction. However, the prices for these houses are way to high for the nieghborhoods there are near. 250-300 dollar houses when 2-3 blocks over there is another neighborhood just like the one that just got torn down. I am not paying that much for a house to move next to a high crime area. I'll move out to suburbia...

The government, or lack thereof, as always..
Of course we, as the PEOPLE, need to start holding them accountable for their abuses and lack of duties..the only reason the Constitution doesn't work anymore is because WE THE PEOPLE allow it.
Just about any problem facing any area today, you can trace back to the government for either lack of duty or abuse of...wow that sounds pretty severe!!!
