If the woman does something wrong she says the man caused her to resort to it yet if a man does the same it is said he should not use the woman's action as justification for his reaction

Because when they were little everything they did was so cute and the boys always got in trouble even when the girl did it. They learned it when they were little and it got reinforced every day. Now that they are older they just assume they can still get away with it and sadly they can.
Good luck

I don't think it's a man/woman issue. I think most people don't want to accept when they are wrong.

That would be my defense if I didn't want to see the light, but on the flip side, I think that's true for the men in my life too.

Does it ever feel like it's just a power struggle? Going through some frustration myself right now. My boyfriend won't admit or change any of his behavior towards me ( I guess I should say ex-boyfriend). Not even the slightest little thing. So I had to cut my losses.

I guess you shoud examine the situation and try to be fair. If you have done anything wrong, put your head on the chopping block and say you're sorry. If not, then not. (more than likely, you have been a part of it. It takes two to tango. anyway, be introspective, be fair).

If she still blames you for everything, tell her "it takes two to tango". She can make her own choices. She's an adult just like you are. She doesn't have to use your actions as a justification.

If it's still a problem, you might wanna cut your losses too.

I can only speak for my relationships but here it goes. I tell men what not to do and they do it anyway. So its his fault when I freak the f*ck out. He will just retaliate when I do something wrong without ever having told me it would upset him. So again its his fault for not communicating. Dude, guys are stupid and simple. What do you want from us. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to have a relationship with one of you ? For god sake.

That's a sign of a really immature person that isn't taking responsibility for their own actions. It's like physical abusers that say that they beat their victims because the victims made them. You can't control other people's actions but you are in control of yours and can and should be held accountable for them.

I for one, have the exact opposite thing going on in my house. You are probably right that it is more often the other way around, probably just because women tend to be more verbal and men usually hate to argue, so they just take it.
Either way, it is an unhealthy way of communicating!

because of the beauty and the extent the man care for the woman and the relationship that man takes it all. thats is why he is a MAN and not a woman.

I don't think the man is always blamed for everything wrong in the relationship. If the man wrong, then he's wrong, if he's not he's not
