I've been a competitive breast-stroker for a number of years. Recently, a good friend told me that in order to be a champion breast stroker, I really should learn to swim. Is there anything to this bizarre suggestion? Is my friend simply having me on? [I strongly suspect the latter.]

its weird in a way. if you're a breast stroker, you should be able to swim. how are you able to move above water?
