If not, must be a coincidence that he's an Orthodox Jew, and pro-Israel / anti Arab. We all know how the Dems love the terrorists, and want to make sure they get equal rights and all.

No. But this question does show how stupid you are.

I think it shows that some of the far left are anti-semetic for sure. The far left nut jobs have take over Dem party.
Everybody is upset about what Mel Gibson just said (undersandably), but Cindy Sheehan, the liberal darling basically said the same things sober, but she gets a pass because she opposes Bush, the media turns a blind eye for her.
Most Jews are Democrats so there is a strange contradiction going on here.

I don’t believe the Democratic Party is anti-Semitic in and of itself. There are members that are, just as in the Republican Party. I attribute the Senators loss to the segmentation of the party itself. A polarization that has been consistent in the Democratic Party for a very long time. This polarization has caused them many losses in elections and I suspect will continue in that nature. When we, Democrats and Republicans alike, begin the action in coordination to elect the best people for the jobs at hand, we fill find that this country will run in and of the way our founding fathers had envisioned.

No. But, polls show that Lieberman will win by a sizeable margin when he runs as an Independant.

In this political climate, it will be hard for any moderate Democrat to win a primary unless they are mid to far left.

Not necessarily, but it DOES show what "peace at any price" means to the rank and file of the Democratic Party. You may not like the Republican Party now in majority, but you cannot say they're blinking or using the War on Terror just for sound bites. It's very serious, and we must win!

Thank you sooooo much....fact is if the Middle East situation wasn't the way it is he would of won. The far left wing of the Democratic party is about to implode on itself wooo hooooo.
Imagine the political ramifications when Lieberman wins in landslide vote on an independant ticket. Howard Dean is crapping his pants. I am from Connecticut and I know that 60% of them are independents. Not to mention the Democrats and Republicans that are going to jump ship to vote for him. Oh this is so very , very nice. Please forgive my gloating but it is perfect.

This is a very ignorant question considering the fact that he has been in the senate for 3 terms and was a Vice Presidential candidate who got 50 million votes, mostly from democrats.

Another anti-Semite question. Why is it always anti-Semitic??? Lieberman is a bad candidate. Has nothing to do with him being a Jew.

Whoa whoa, Lieberman isn't finished off just yet. He's still running as an independent the last time I checked in the fall elections for Senate.

Anti-semitic? Please. If the dems were anti-semetic, they never would have supported Lieberman as the choice for VP when he ran with Al Gore in 2000.

No, it shows that Democrats oppose war hawks.

Democrats are not anti-semitic.
Democrats chose him to be vice president.
Lieberman's recent defeat shows that people in Connecticut don't want him to serve now. They mainly disagree with his support of the war in Iraq.
