Why do some men have wide hips? Isn't it genetically wrong for men to have hips? A man is supposed to streamlined built straight down from the shoulders to the ankles.

Men can have hips. It depends on your genetics. Look at your relatives especially the men in your family. Some will most likely have larger hips than normal. Not all men are V shaped. Some are just the opposite, without shoulders and wide hips. Check it out. It is not abnormal.

Men shouldn't have hips or be streamlined. Men should have a "V" shape with larger shoulders and a smaller waist but everybody is different. Some guys put on weight all over, some get a pot belly, and some gain it in their hips.

The "ideal man" shouldn't have protruding hips, he doesn't have to give birth so he doesn't need them- it's just evolution. Sometimes, though, there will be a man born with wider-than-average hips. It's just a random thing that happens, it's just like a woman having smaller-than-average hips which might hinder her childbearing.
