Here in New England we got so much rain this spring/early summer, too much, actually. This is the first summer I can remember where there aren't any watering bans or anything. Everyone's lawns are still green, which is rare for August. Guess we got the rain you should've had.

Before you think we've got it good: with all the flooding, the farmers had a hard time planting their crops on time, and now there's lots of problems with mold and such on what crops were planted. Farmers couldn't even gather up hay because it was always wet. Plus all the rain has given us a bumper crop of misquitoes, so everyone's in a panic about West Nile virus and Eastern Equine Encephalitis.

dam is that the flint river .well i live in georgia i know that it's hot and dry .we need rain so bad here
